Collaborate with the Chief Development Officer to develop and execute annual marketing and development/fundraising programs based on the organization’s strategic plan and financial needs. Domestic Violence Helpline Team Lead and State-wide Trainer - Full TIme

The Team Lead & Trainer is responsible for answering and responding to incoming calls on the Tennessee Domestic Violence Helpline and the Tennessee Parent Helpline to provide support to victims in crisis situations. The Helpline Team Lead & Trainer’s responsibilities also will include training to all Helpline staff to ensure they are adequately and efficiently trained. Prevention Specialist TN Valley- Hamilton County Area

TThe Prevention Specialist – Tennessee Valley facilitates individual and group parenting education sessions through evidence and incentive-based Nurturing Parenting curriculum. The PS also is responsible for generating referrals for PCAT programs through awareness in the community and serving as a floater to meet the needs of the Healthy Families program.
