Home Visitor positions:
We have several openings for Home Visitors in the Healthy Families TN program. Home Visitors are responsible for building trusting relationships with families and utilizing this connection to support families in identifying strengths and barriers, accessing resources and obtaining the knowledge and skills to achieve their goals. Home visitors are focused on the health and well-being of parents and their children. Prevention Specialist position:
The Prevention Specialist serving Scott, Anderson, Union, Claiborne, and Monroe counties facilitates individual and group parenting education sessions through evidence and incentive based Nurturing Parenting curriculum.  They are also responsible for generating referrals by promoting the Nurturing Parenting program through awareness in the community as well as facilitating the Stewards of Children trainings to educate adults about preventing child sexual abuse. Learn more about the Prevention Specialist position and apply using the following link:

Prevention Specialist - East Tennessee


Helpline Specialist position:
The Domestic Violence Helpline Specialist is responsible for responding to incoming calls on the Tennessee Domestic Violence Helpline and the Parent Helpline from victims, advocates, police officers, hospital staff, parents, public and service providers.   The Helpline Specialist will provide crisis intervention, safety planning, referrals, information and problem solving to all callers.
